Revised CSR Handbook Now Available

The Case Service Report (CSR) Handbook, as revised in 2011, is now available as a PDF or Word document. There were four revisions from the previous version.

The CSR Handbook provides instruction on how to count and document cases reported to LSC.  It describes the requirements for documention, and contains the Case Closure Categories and Legal Problem Categories under which CSR cases are reported.
