LSC plans to publish the Post-PQV grant application and grant renewal on July 5, 2013, for Schedule C applicants only. It will be due August 12, 2013. The Post-PQV Schedule B application and renewal is for applicants that have had a PQV since January 1, 2011; will have received a final PQV report by July 1, 2013; and are the only applicant for the service area.
