In order to submit a grant proposal, all applicants must first submit a Notice of Intent to Compete (NIC). The NIC is completed through the online application system.
LSC plans to publish the Request for Proposals (RFP) and the Notice of Intent to Compete (NIC) application forms during the week of April 9, 2012. The Request for Proposals provides the complete instructions for applying for LSC Legal Aid Grants and will be available on the Application Documents page. In order to submit a grant proposal, all applicants must first submit a NIC. The NIC is completed through the online application system, and is due by May 11, 2012.
