How to Choose an Application Type
All new applicants file the Standard RFP Competition Application. Current recipients may be eligible to file a Post-PQV application if the program had an LSC program quality visit (PQV) since January 1, 2011. Current recipients can determine whether to file a Competition or Renewal application by visiting the Where We Fund page and clicking on their state, to verify whether the service area is in Competition for 2014. Please note that the grants process for 2013 funding has ended.
