How to Choose an Application Type

All new applicants file the Standard RFP Competition Application. Current recipients may be eligible to file a Post-PQV application if the program had an LSC program quality visit (PQV) since January 1, 2010. Current recipients can determine whether to file a Competition or Renewal application by visiting the Where We Fund page and clicking on their state, to verify whether the service area is in Competition for 2013.
